At The Soul Stone, every gemstone jewelry piece is carefully handcrafted using natural healing stones and natural crystals. Due to the unique and delicate nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and dispatched.

As all our products are made using natural stones, slight variations in color, texture, patterns, inclusions, and shape are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement requests will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Wrong item delivered

Customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Important Unboxing Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request.
Without a clear and complete unboxing video, we will not be able to process any replacement claim.

While recording the unboxing, please ensure:

  1. The parcel is opened carefully on camera
  2. The product is removed gently from the packaging
  3. The complete packaging and product condition are clearly visible in the video

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Damage caused due to mishandling after delivery
  • Normal variations in natural gemstones
  • Used or worn jewelry items
  • Personal preference changes after delivery
  • Orders placed during sale or promotional offers
